We are less than a month away from the Spring Go Far 5K! If you have not registered your child and they want to run, please do so as soon as possible. 3rd Quarter Report Cards will be coming home today. Please review, sign, and return.

Academic Newsletter 3/31


For those interested in being on the 2025-2026 WMS Battle of the Books Team, you can get started now! Learn your titles and the authors, and then pick a book or two or three to start reading and read throughout the summer. The initial interest meeting will take place in September of 2025.

On March 25th, Wheatmore Middle School FFA competed in the state Livestock Judging Career Development Event. The team placed 1st in Randolph County and 11th in the state. Weston Slack also placed 11th out of 208 participants on an individual basis. Congrats to WMS FFA!



Please congratulate and extend all the positive vibes to the WMS Battle of the Books Team. The team took 1st place in the RCSS competition held on March 12 and will travel to Lexington, Saturday, March 29th, to compete in the Regional Competition.
