BIOGRAPHY:
I was born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. On an icy January 1st in 1998, I packed up my rusty Honda Civic and made my way to North Carolina. Many things have changed since then; such as my low tolerance for temperatures below 50oF,the rusty Civic is no longer around and my love of teaching has grown.
I am a huge fan of sports: hockey (The Ottawa Senators), Football (Dallas Cowboys, Ottawa Redblacks), and soccer (USWNT, Seattle Reign) as well as music. Pat Benatar and Phantogram are two of my favorites . Outside of sports and music I spend most of my time feeding and rescuing stray cats, taking care of my pets and spending time with family and friends.
